Edward has had many years of experience in a call center environment and has vast knowledge of the behind the scenes technology in relation to building our servers and infrastructure for pennies on the dollar budget compared to our competitors. He is a computer Science graduate of Schenectady Country Community College and a Director of IT at his former employer’s call center.

Jimelyn is a hard-working entrepreneur and a virtual assistance liaison for our overseas staff. She can vision your needs for you and recommend services based on those needs that fit your wallet.
